The Atlanta Rock Poster Show 2020

I am proud to announce that next week will be the inaugural ATLANTA ROCK POSTER SHOW sponsored by TRPS (The Rock Poster Society). I have been able to work with them the last couple months to help bring a proper gigposter event here and found the perfect venue and partner in Sweetwater Brewery. TRPS has thrown their huge “Festival of Rock Posters” in San Francisco for 20+ years and it was a big part of my live becoming a poster artist when living out there. I still make it back for the show every year but since moving to Atlanta 2 years ago really missed having something local.

One of the cool things about throwing a show on this side of the coast is that a whole slew of new Artists are involved who usually can’t make the trek cross-country. We were fortunate to get a truly killer lineup on board for this first show and are calling ourselves “The Dirty Dozen”…

Portugal. the Man NYE 2019 in Oakland print

The band Portugal. the Man recently brought in the New Year with 2-nights of shows @ The Fox Theater in Oakland, CA. I had never done something for them before so was happy to get the nod by the promoter to create a special print.

The band has always used really creative and somewhat trippy artwork for their album covers and music videos so I wanted to try and bring something cosmic and celebratory for their big New Years Eve event. Time being obvious imagery for the new passing year

Originally the design was prepped it to be a screenprint but due to a change at the last second the final poster is an 18″ x 24″ off-set lithograph print. I currently have a small run of 40 Artist copies available (Signed/Numbered) up in my Store.

Uncle Psycho Sam blotter print

May I introduce “Uncle Psycho Sam” who is quite a frenetic, fancy fella.

I will be releasing a new art print done in the 1960’s style of acid blotter art this week. These are perforated off-set blotter prints (9” x 11.25) with a run of 130 (Signed/Numbered) and will be available on Friday Jan. 10th @ 11am (EST).

Before you ask,.. No these are not pre-dipped and No you cannot get high from this, Sorry. If so I have been signed/handling them all day and am in for a hell of a night.
