Widespread Panic Halloween in New Orleans poster, 2021

I have been working with Widespread Panic for a while now, 13+ years I think, and have been able to do prints for a number of fan favorite gigs/cities for them. This is the first year I got asked to do something for their big Halloween bash in New Orleans.

Aside from all the imagery that you can pull from it being a Halloween event, you also have New Orleans which is a funky goldmine in itself. I was given word that the stage dress was going to mimic something like “a Bourbon St. on Mars” and tried to come up with a concept that fit.

One thing folks may notice is there are not dates on the prints. This was at the request of the band due to the fact they have had to postpone a number of shows during this tour due to COVID spikes.

Along with the Purple show edition I printed up a small run of “NOLA Blue” color variants (run of 35) as well as a couple different foils of both:

– Rainbow foil variant (run of 25)
– Sparkle foil variant (run of 5)
– “NOLA Blue” Rainbow foil variant (run of 10)

Prints are 18′ x 24′ show edition of 500 & I will be selling my Artist Edition (Signed/Numbered run of 50) as well as the variants on Nov. 5 @ Noon (EST) Thanks to the folks at Backside Press printed these up and did a killer job.
